Refund Policy

As a McManus customer you have the right to cancel any purchase within twenty eight days of your order, or twenty eight days of receipt of the McManus vouchers, whichever is the longer. If you do cancel your order, you will have your payment returned in full within seven days of our receipt of the returned vouchers.   To cancel your order, please return your McManus vouchers by registered post to address below, providing us details of the person who ordered the vouchers, your contact details and bank account to pay refund.

Booking Deposits
If you wish to cancel your booking taken online via www.mcmanuspub.co.uk or over the phone, you will need to call the venue and ask them to cancel your booking.   If you have not paid a deposit or purchased any food or drink (i.e. no transaction has been made), you may cancel your booking at any time.

If you have paid a deposit or purchased food or drink (i.e. made a transaction), the following cancellation policies apply:

•If you cancel your booking more than 72 hours in advance of the booking, we shall refund the full amount you paid. If you cancel your booking less than 72 hours in advance of the event then we will firstly hold the deposit on your behalf and use against a future booking in the next three months, if no booking within three months then deposit will not be refunded.

Please note that all deposits will be redeemed against your account on the day of the booking in the form of food or drink. If any part of this deposit is not redeemed on the day of booking, the remainder will not be refunded. Once the deposit has been redeemed in full against your account, any additional drinks or food must be paid for separately as additional costs on the day.
